The cost of resizing a ring varies based on several factors, including the type of metal, whether it needs to be resized up or down, the number of sizes it needs adjustment by, and the width of the shank at the bottom of the ring. So we recommend bringing your ring in to us for a precise finger measurement and ensure that there is no risk in having it resized. This service is absolutely free, and we'll provide you with a no-obligation quote.


What is your turn around for repairs?

For common jewellery repairs such as fixing broken chains or bracelets, resizing rings, cleaning and polishing, our standard turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 working days.


What is your time frame for custom-made jewellery?

For custom-made pieces, our average turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks. However, please note that during peak periods, it may take longer to fulfill your order.


Can I supply my own stone?

Absolutely, you're welcome to provide your own stone for custom jewellery. However, we'll need to inspect it beforehand to ensure it's suitable for the job. Please understand, we reserve the right to decline using certain stones if we believe they're too fragile or unsuitable for the intended purpose.


How much does it cost to have something custom made?

The cost of having something custom made depends on two things, the type of material used and the amount of time it takes to make. Which means the more complicated the design the longer it will take to create. To simplify the process, just share your budget with me, and I'll find the best options for you within that price range.


What's the general procedure for having a custom engagement ring made?

  • Consultation - The first thing to do is to make an appointment to discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget with us.
  • Design Discussion - Collaborate on the detailed design, considering factors like size, shape, and any unique features.
  • Approval and Modifications
    • Review sketches or prototypes provided by the jeweller.
    • Request any necessary modifications to ensure the design aligns with your vision.
  • Crafting Process - Once the design is confirmed, the jeweler will begin crafting the piece by hand.
  • Updates and Communication - We will keep in touch for progress updates and to address any questions or concerns.
  • Completion - After the crafting process is complete, we will contact you to organise a time to collect your finished custom-made piece.

I have purchased my engagement ring from somewhere else, are you able to make a matching wedding band to sit next to it?

Sure, we can definitely help you with that. To ensure the wedding band fits and match perfectly with your engagement ring, we'll need you to leave the engagement ring with us during the process. We understand it's hard to part with your ring, so we'll only ask you to drop it off when we're ready to start making the wedding band.


Can you melt down the gold from a sentimental piece of jewelry and use it in my custom design?

We can melt down old jewelry that holds sentimental value, whether it belonged to a loved one or carries personal significance and repurpose it into a new piece tailored to your preferences."


What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and debit card payments. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept American Express.


What is rhodium plating?

Rhodium plating is a process where a thin layer of rhodium, a rare and precious metal, is applied onto another metal surface, typically silver or white gold, to enhance its appearance and durability. It creates a bright, reflective surface that resists tarnishing and gives jewellery a shiny, white finish.


Do you offer a cleaning service?

We clean and polish all kinds of jewellery professionally. This means we do more than just use an ultrasonic machine to remove dirt and grime; we also use a polishing machine. And if necessary, we'll gently rub the jewellery with a fine emery to get rid of any surface scratches.


What is the advantage of subscribing to your newsletter?
